THE SWORD To Begin Recording New Album

Following the worldwide success of their fourth album, Apocryphon, THE SWORD will commence recording their fifth album, second for Razor & Tie, on March 16th in Austin, Texas.

The album will be produced by Adrian Quesada and is scheduled for a late summer release with worldwide touring to follow. Apocryphon debuted at #17 on the Billboard Album Chart with its release in October 2012.

In preparation for recording, the band is announcing a short run of four shows. The shows currently on sale are as follows:

12 – Monroe, LA – Live Oaks Bar and Ballroom
13 – Memphis, TN – 1884 Lounge
14 – Oklahoma City, OK – ACM Performance Lab
