METALLICA: Free Download Of “Star Spangled Banner” Available

METALLICA has posted the following message:
“Head over to Livemetallica.com to grab a free download James and Kirk’s version of the ‘Star-Spangled Banner’ from last week’s Metallica Night with the SF Giants at AT&T Park. Get it here.”
According to the band’s official website, This is only the second time members of METALLICA have ever performed the National Anthem live! The first time was just over a year ago at AT&T Park. James and Kirk rocked the sold out house of over 41,000 at AT&T Park in San Francisco before the Giants took on the Miami Marlins. The performance was part of the second annual METALLICA Night at the park as the band members and their families participated in activities all night long before and during the game including throwing out the first pitch, announcing the starting line-up and the Metalli-kids sang during the seventh inning stretch.
