Canadian death power metallers and 2013 International Battle For Wacken winners, CRIMSON SHADOWS, have announced their first ever US tour dates, supporting BATTLECROSS (Metal Blade Records) later this month with stops in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Toronto and Detroit . The list of dates are available below.
“We are really excited to be making our way south of the border, its something we have wanted to do for a while now and to be sharing the stage with our friends in Battlecross makes it that much better! We have also decided to unleash a couple brand new tracks we have wrote for our next album on this mini tour so everyone will get a taste of whats to come,” says drummer Cory Hofing.
CRIMSON SHADOWS, first full length, Glory On The Battlefield, was released in 2012, followed up by an EP Sails of Destiny in 2013, and are quickly gaining fans and followers all over the world with their Canadian twist on epic power European metal with alternating death and clean vocals. The first single from the EP, ‘Maiden’s Call’ can be heard below:
“We met the dudes in CRIMSON SHADOWS, last year when their drummer offered to fill in for ours when he was unable to play a show in Canada. We kept in touch and were introduced to CRIMSON SHADOWS,, and they blew us away with not only their talent and energetic live show, but an amazing work ethic and humility that we look for in a band. We think that American fans are going to love them and we’re proud and honored to introduce them to America,” says Hiran Deraniyagala of BATTLECROSS.
