INTER ARMA Announce Summer U.S. Dates

Tuesday, 11th June 2013

INTER ARMA’s coalescing of doom, psychedelic sludge, grind and black metal also further explores elements of noise and programming, along with elements of classic southern Americana made itself known worldwide on their more than hour-long Sky Burial LP, released via Relapse this past March.

Now after just a bit of time home from touring following a rigorous spring itinerary which took them across the country with MUTILATION RITES to SXSW 2013 and beyond, and then back out again with EARTHLING several weeks later and more, the band return to the van this week on their next live mission.

The new tour action kicks in this Thursday, June 13th as the band hits Philadelphia, PA with a show alongside SADGIQACEA, on their way to pummel Brooklyn’s Northside Festival with TORCHE, KEN MODE and LO-PAN Friday night, followed by a free outdoor show at Union Pool with PYRRHON on Saturday. Then just a week later — Friday, June 21st and Saturday, June 22nd — INTER ARMA will slay Raleigh, North Carolina and their hometown of Richmond, Virginia with label mates WINDHAND.

This September, the party continues as INTER ARMA will make their presence known at two of the country’s most diverse music events, with confirmed performances at both the massive three-day Hopscotch Music Festival in back down in Raleigh as well as the Boomslang Festival in Lexington, Kentucky. A new blast of tour dates for the coming months is also being locked down to be announced in the coming days.
