AMON AMARTH: “Deceiver of the Gods” Track Now Streaming

“Deceiver of the Gods,” the title track from AMON AMARTH’s forthcoming ninth full-length album is available via the widget below. The album is slated for a summer release via Metal Blade, just in time (naturally) for the band’s main stage stint on the 2013 installment of the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival.

The album was produced by Andy Sneap (MEGADETH, MACHINE HEAD, CRADLE OF FILTH) and will feature a guest appearance from former CANDLEMASS singer Messiah Marcolin. Comments the band about the album artwork: “The cover depicts the last battle between the Gods and Loki who arrives at Vigridr field accompanied by the army of the dead during Ragnarok, the end of the world.”
