Song Premiere: Revulsion’s “Lihaan Sidottu Kirja”

We are happy to partner up with Transcending Obscurity Records to share a new track from the upcoming self-titled album from Revulsion. The first full-length effort from the long-running Finnish band is set to release on February 5, 2021. The track in question is titled “Lihaan Sidottu Kirja” and can be streamed below. About the song:
“Lihaan Sidottu Kirja” is a raging death metal machine. It hits hard from the starting line with chunky mid-tempo riffing and heavy grooves. The sort of thing that quickly gets heads banging and people moving around. It’s intense and sure to deliver all of the goods that many are looking for in this sort of genre. Most importantly, with the sense of groove and urgency, it sticks itself right in your head with those driving rhythms. It onnly relents for a few moments towards the finale, but offers some murky melodies that folks are sure to equally enjoy. Ultimately, it s a fun track that doesn’t shy away from utter brutality, yet keeps a sense of memorability to it. Something you’d expect to find from a veteran act.

It’s no surprise that the country boasts of some of the finest death metal bands and with their new full length, Revulsion are sure to be considered as one among them, joining label mates Sepulchral Curse and Sadistik Forest to take the Finnish death metal sound ahead. They’re not stuck with the old school sound but are instead taking things forward with their aggressive, sharp and viciously groovy form of death metal that begs for repeat listens.
