PRIMAL FEAR Wraps Work On New Album

Saturday, 3rd August 2013

German power metallers PRIMAL FEAR have completed work on their as-yet-untitled next studio album for an early 2014 release via Frontiers Records. The band has posted the following update:

In a brand new posting on the PRIMAL FEAR Facebook page, the band writes: “It’s the final day at the House Of Music Studios in Germany; drums, guitars, bass and all specials delivered. We’ve recorded 12 tracks including two epic songs, one guitar ballad, and nine crushing metal songs with all the trademarks you know and love to hear from PRIMAL FEAR.

“The album is produced by [producer/bassist] Mat Sinner, engineered by Achim Köhler [EDGUY, MASTERPLAN]. Mixing duties will be handled in September by Jacob Hansen [VOLBEAT] at Hansen Studios in Denmark.”

Frontiers and PRIMAL FEAR in January announced that they have renewed their partnership for another multi-album deal, which will include two more studio releases and one live CD and DVD.
