KRAMPUS Splits With Guitarist

Italian folk metallers KRAMPUS have split with long time guitarist Leonardo Rizzi. After much thought and deliberation, Rizzi has decided to step down and enter the next chapter in his life.
Rizzi comments: “I’m out of KRAMPUS cause I got too much swag to play in a band anymore. It’s now time for me to take a break and to steer clear of the stages for a while. I’d like to say a big “thank you” to every friend and fan met on the road during the last three years: it has been truly amazing playing with and for you. Special thanks also go to M. Casale Bauer, Jackson Italia, Black Mirror Studios and of course to my bandmates: I wish you every success and happiness in the future! Hasta la vista.”
The band’s most recent album, Survival of the Fittest, was released in 2012.
