BETZEFER Signs With Steamhammer/SPV

Israel’s metal quartet BETZEFER has inked a deal for Europe with Steamhammer / SPV.
Vocalist Avital Tamir comments: “BETZEFER are very happy to announce The Devil Went Down To The Holy Land will be released by Steamhammer / SPV. We’re looking forward to working with the guys and getting some fine rock n’ roll out there!”
A&R rep for Steamhammer Georg Schröder comments: “There’s no doubt that BETZEFER is one of the premier metal acts – not only in Israel where the guys also host the weekly BETZEFER’s Headbangers Ball on MTV. Full length #3 is packed with super heavy but groovy metal stuff and we can’t wait to release The Devil Went Down To The Holy Land within Europe.”
BETZEFER started recording the new album last September together with longtime friend and producer Tue Madsen (THE HAUNTED, SICK OF IT ALL, MNEMIC). The new album will hit Germany, Austria and Switzerland on October 25 – the rest of Europe will follow on October 28. The limited first batch of the CD will contain a bonus DVD, and the band will also release a limited vinyl version.
BETZEFER are set to tour in January 2014, confirmed dates will be announced soon.
