AVULSED Reveal ‘Ritual Zombi’ Artwork

Legendary Spanish death metallers AVULSED have released the artwork for their upcoming sixth album, Ritual Zombi, which may be viewed below. The quintet have been recording their sixth album in Madrid at La Casa del Ruido Studios with Dani Blanco. In addition, the band has been capturing all of the recording process on video every week and with the latest video featuring some outtakes from drummer Osckar Bravo. All three studio report clips are available for viewing below.
Ritual Zombi will contain nine new songs plus a cover song of DEATH’s ‘Zombie Ritual’ as a tribute to the band. The album will also feature three instrumental songs and will be the first recording featuring new drummer Osckar Bravo. Ritual Zombi will be mixed in Barcelona at Moontower Studios by Javi Félez and then mastered in Sweden at Unisound Studios by Dan Swanö (ex-EDGE OF SANITY, BLOODBATH). Juanjo Castellano will be the mastermind behind the cover artwork and has done work for the latest PUTREVORE album. Ritual Zombi‘s release is scheduled for June and a party titled “Ritual Zombi Fest” is scheduled for October 12th in Madrid.
