AMORPHIS Announce First Ever Vinyl Release Of “Privilege Of Evil” EP

Relapse Records is set to release AMORPHIS’ legendary EP, Privilege Of Evil on vinyl for the very first time. Originally released in 1993, the EP contains the bands first demo material recorded in 1991. The album is being released on limited edition black, white, silver, and clear vinyl and will see an official release on August 20.
A thick slab of early Finnish death metal, Privilege Of Evil has gained cult status in the extreme metal underworld for being the most primeval, brutal material the band has ever released. Relapse Records originally signed AMORPHIS in 1992 and released numerous full-lengths and EPs from the band including The Karelian Isthmus, Privilege of Evil, Tales from the Thousand Lakes, Black Winter Day, Elegy, My Kantele, Tuonela, Am Universum, and a greatest hits collection entitled, Chapters.

The band recently released their latest album, Circle through Nuclear Blast in April of this year.
