AMON AMARTH Reveal Album Artwork for “Deceiver of the Gods”

AMON AMARTH have revealed the artwork for “Deceiver of the Gods,” their ninth studio album. The band teamed with famed producer Andy Sneap (EXODUS, ARCH ENEMY, MEGADETH) for the album’s production. Former CANDLEMASS singer and lover of monk robes Messiah Marcolin has a guest spot on the album.

Said the band about the cover: “The cover depicts the last battle between the Gods and Loki who arrives at Vigridr field accompanied by the army of the dead during Ragnarok, the end of the world.”

AMON AMARTH is slated to take part in this summer’s Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival, where they will be opening the main stage.
